The M.Y.T.E programme has been designed to promote the mental and emotional wellbeing of children everywhere.
M.Y.T.E. is an acronym for Manage Your Thoughts and Emotions. Our aim is simple… to support your child, helping them better understand themselves, their thoughts and emotions. The M.Y.T.E is built around four main areas that enables children to act in the moment in times of doubt or struggle.
The M.Y.T.E program helps children better manage their thoughts and feelings so they can overcome confidence issues caused by bullying, lack of attention, social pressures and racism. It provides a platform for them to express themselves willingly and freely.
Slow deep breaths is one of the best ways to calm an anxious child. An anxious/ angry child is in fight-or-flight mode which leads to shallow breathing, rapid heartbeat and tense muscles. Practicing slow, deep breathing tells the body that it can calm down and sends those unwanted feelings on their way.
Tapping, otherwise known as Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a clinically proven form of ’emotional acupuncture’ without the use of needles. It can play a major part in helping children release fear, anxiety, trauma, and doubt in a matter of minutes. It’s setting a new tone for how we manage stress in the modern world.
HeartMath helps children develop positive emotions and learn about the powerful qualities of the heart. What are emotion and how do they impact our body: how we think, feel, act? HeartMath is a simple system offering tools and techniques, that’s underpinned by science, to help reduce worry and anxiety, and live a happy life.
Dancing is an incredible way to de-stress. Movement allows children to express themselves in a way no other art form can. Promoting movement in children can help increase memory, perception, attention, clears negative emotions, enhances brain function and helps with physical growth! It’s essential for our wellbeing and encourages our children to live a healthy life.
The M.Y.T.E. (pronounced mighty) team comprises Emma Gaba and Puneet Vatish. During lockdown their paths crossed on social media… now, not only do they share the same M.Y.T.E. mission, they have become great friends.

Emma is a working mum with a passion for helping others. She has dedicated the last 5 years to helping as many women as she can, to uncover and realise their full potential. Most women that Emma comes into contact with struggle with anxiety, doubt and a lack of self-belief, hence, she works hard to help women overcome these hurdles and live a better life.
Puneet is blessed with two wonderful daughters and ensures they are growing up always seeing the silver lining. Through the turmoil he has faced, he is using all his life experience to show the world that positivity, happiness and gratitude can lead the way to a very fulfilling and euphoric life.
Puneet founded his beloved Bee Happy Philosophy in 2021. This philosophy came from years of running a business and facing obstacles. At a crossroads, a few years ago, he decided that he had control of his own destiny, which was to help as many people live the life they deserve.
Working together, Emma & Puneet are on a mission to positively impact as many children as humanly possible.
Too many young kids are struggling with anxious thoughts and negative emotions. They end up retaining all these emotions, which eventually manifest into mental and/or physical ailments.
We believe that if children are taught how to deal with their issues, they will live a happier, healthier, and much more loving life.
The M.T.Y.E programme equips children with proven tools that help them to cope with and alleviate stressful situations, and M.Y.T.E. teaches children to be independent in using the tools. That’s the M.Y.T.E. promise!
